CABALLERO 125 FLAT TRACK

£4,825.00

Developed on the dirt track ovals, ridden on our streets today…
Caballero, the name of one of the greatest successes in motorcycling from the mythical 70s to today, passing through several generations, comes to us by inheriting the DNA of an off-road icon.
Mounted on 19″ race style – road legal tyres, the Fantic Caballero Flat Track 125 looks every bit as aggressive as the larger capacity options, yet remains learner legal. No licence : No problem.  Ride the Flat Track 125 on an AM licence (CBT & L Plates); could there be a more stylish way to get started on two wheels?
Start to see the world sideways!

Utilising the same frame as the big brother 250 & 500, the Fantic Caballero Scrambler 125 exudes the presence of a “big” bike, yet can be ridden with an AM licence [CBT & L Plates]. This has to be one of the most impressive learner legal bikes on the market.

Caballero, the name of one of the greatest successes in motorcycling from the mythical 70s to today, passing through several generations, comes to us by inheriting the DNA of an off-road icon.
Positioned carefully between the 125 and 500 options, the Fantic Caballero Scrambler 250 offer a significant power gain on the 125 without the aggressive oomph of the 500.  The 250 also presents weight gains over the 500 that make this the perfect companion for the rider looking for a stylish cruise and occasionally putting a little gravel under the tyres.

Fantic Heritage

Fantic Motor was the creation of engineers Mario Agrati and Henry Keppel-Hesselinkis in 1968 with the quest to produce the finest Enduro machines throughout the 1970’s. Fantic Motor gained great success and began exporting enduro motorcycles, mini-bikes and go-karts around the world.

Fantic began exporting to the United Kingdom in 1972, as part of a wave of manufacturers who took advantage of “sixteener laws,” legislation that forbade sixteen-year-old motorcyclists from riding motorcycles up to 250 cc, as they had been used to. As a result, European and Japananese manufacturers exported their sporty and lightweight below-50cc engines, which had been common in England. Fantic produced a “sensational chopper moped” and a TI (“Tourismo Internazionale),” both of which became very popular quickly. During this time Fantic Motor had the reputation of being some of the fastest mopeds on the market, going as fast as 70 mph.

In the 1980s, Fantic enjoyed success in the Observed trials world championships, taking three titles as well as seven wins at the prestigious Scottish Six Days Trial.

Fantic left the UK market over a decade ago, but are back with a new breed of Motard and Enduro machines each with the famous Fantic DNA and heritage. As for the future, development never stops and exciting new models are on the horizon. Be sure to come back and see…
